PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) – INFORMATION TEXT

As Atlas Coating and Atlas Industrial Coating, we attach great importance to the confidentiality and security of your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). Within this scope, we act in compliance with the law in the processes of collecting, processing, storing, and sharing your personal data.

1. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

The collected data is processed for the purposes specified below in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information if it has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • Request deletion or destruction,

  • Object to outcomes that may negatively affect you through automated systems,

  • Request compensation if you incur damages due to unlawful processing.
