Atlas Coating

Our company, ATLAS INDUSTRIAL COATING, has been operating since 2014 under this name, specializing in industrial coatings and pans.

The coatings we apply include:

PTFE / PFA / FEP / Rilsan / Silicone

All of the coatings we apply are industrial-grade and are used as problem-solvers in environments operating 24 hours a day.

By increasing the variety of coatings in the industrial sector, ATLAS INDUSTRIAL COATING continues to provide solutions to many challenges in the industry while consistently advancing toward its quality goals. In this regard, the company continuously renews its investments and continues to invest in automation within the field of coating technology.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Non-Stick Properties: Our industrial coatings are non-stick. Almost no substance adheres to the surface except for specially formulated adhesives like glue.

  • Low Friction Coefficient: The coefficient of friction is very low (between 0.05 and 0.20). This value varies depending on sliding speed, applied load, and the type of coating used.

  • Moisture Resistance: Due to their oleophobic and hydrophobic properties, coated surfaces do not retain moisture. Droplets maintain their shape, ensuring surfaces remain dry and enabling deep cleaning.

  • High-Temperature Resistance: Coatings can operate at high temperatures. Continuous service temperature is up to 290 °C / 550 °F, and in intermittently heated systems with adequate ventilation, up to 315 °C / 600 °F.

  • Electrical Insulation: Coatings are insulating, providing high dielectric strength across wide frequency ranges, excellent surface durability, and low loss factor. With special techniques, they can also be used as anti-static coatings with adequate electroconductivity.

  • Low-Temperature Performance: Coatings maintain their physical properties even at extremely low temperatures, down to −270 °C / −454 °F.

  • Chemical Resistance: Coatings are resistant to chemicals, except for molten alkali metals and highly reactive fluorinated chemicals.
